Hi, my name is
Keegan Hayes
I build products and programs
end-to-end.
Product & program manager with 7+ years shipping platform and consumer software end-to-end at Salesforce, DISH, and Charter, coordinating delivery across engineering, design, and business teams. I work at the intersection of product and design, from field research to roadmap to how the final thing looks and feels. And I design and build my own apps & websites on the side.
About Me

I'm a product and program manager with 7+ years driving digital systems and multi-team programs end-to-end, from discovery through launch, at Salesforce, Charter, and DISH. I work across the whole delivery arc and at the intersection of product and design: interviewing users in the field, mapping journeys with designers, running OKR and roadmap cadences, and coordinating sprint planning, UAT, and launch readiness across engineering, design, and business teams.
Highlights include driving $2M+ in annual savings at Charter and helping ship a payment integration to 10M+ users at DISH. I also build and ship my own apps, so I understand the stack and the craft, not just the roadmap.
Most recently I founded Uncover, where I built a case management platform to fill a real market gap. I ran every side of the business end-to-end and I'm now bringing that builder energy back to full-time product and program management.

Featured Work
Products I've designed, built, and shipped end to end.
Rulebook Manager
Fantasy League Governance Platform

!The Problem
Every fantasy league has a rulebook; almost none work. Rules live in a Doc nobody opens, amendments pass by tacit agreement, voting has no audit trail, and the commissioner becomes a single point of failure carrying all the institutional memory.
✓The Solution
Treat the league like the tiny democracy it is. Living, version-controlled rulebooks with AI-parsed ingest, proposals with activity history, and real-time in-person voting on the projector with phones as ballots — every amendment captured forever.

Park Mountain Campground
A marketing and booking website for a family-owned RV and tent campground near Schroon Lake, NY. Built to sell the experience, surface the practical details campers actually ask about, and make “Book Now” the obvious next step.

This Portfolio
The site you are on. I treated it as a real product: defined the audience and goal, designed a theming system, built a content-driven case study architecture, and shipped it with SEO and accessibility baked in.
Visit siteWhy this matters for product & program roles: I can sit down with engineers and architects, understand technical constraints, and have informed conversations about trade-offs. These projects required end-to-end ownership, identifying a real problem, prioritizing what to build, coordinating the delivery, and shipping a working product. The same product thinking and program discipline I bring to cross-functional teams.
